Terms and Conditions

The rules for using Autven Group services, our software, and the B10 AI Panel. Please read these before you use anything we provide.

Last updated: 28 June 2026 Applies to: Autven (Private) Limited and Autven UK Ltd

01Who we are

This website, autven.com, is operated by Autven Group. Autven Group is made up of two connected companies that work together to deliver our software, applications, and AI services.

Parent Company

Autven (Private) Limited

A technology and digital services company registered in Pakistan with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), registration number 0320796. This is the parent company and the main development and operations arm of the group.

UK Entity

Autven UK Ltd

A company registered in England and Wales with Companies House, company number 17260819, based in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. This is the commercial arm of the group serving UK and European clients.

In these terms, the words "Autven", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Autven Group and to whichever of the two companies above is providing the service to you. The words "you" and "your" refer to the person or business using our website or services.

02Accepting these terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, buying credits, or using any Autven service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.

If you are using our services for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf. In that case, "you" and "your" also mean that business or organisation.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By accepting these terms, you also agree to those policies.

03Definitions

To keep things clear, here is what some of the key words in these terms mean.

  • Services means everything we offer, including custom software development, web and mobile applications, management dashboards, reseller panels, client portals, API integrations, cloud deployment, and the B10 AI Panel.
  • B10 AI Panel means our credit-based workspace that gives you access to a range of AI tools such as text generation, image generation, image detection, content writing, and background removal, all from a single credit balance.
  • Credits means the prepaid units you buy to use AI tools inside the panel. Each action you run inside the panel uses a set number of credits.
  • Account means the personal or business account you create to access and manage our services.
  • Content means anything you upload, enter, generate, or store while using our services, including text, images, code, and files.

04Who can use our services

To use Autven services, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must also be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and not be barred from using our services under the laws that apply to you. Our services are available to individuals, freelancers, agencies, resellers, and businesses across the UK, the USA, Europe, and other regions where we operate.

05Your account

Some of our services need you to create an account. When you do, you agree to the following.

  • Give accurate, current, and complete information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details private and secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without your permission.
  • Use only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or close any account that contains false information, is used to break these terms, or shows signs of fraud or abuse.

06Our services

Autven delivers a range of technology services. Depending on what you sign up for, this may include custom software built to your specification, web and mobile applications, real-time dashboards, reseller and white-label panels, API integrations, cloud deployment, and access to the B10 AI Panel.

We will always try to describe each service as clearly as we can. Even so, some details such as features, tool availability, processing speed, and pricing can change over time as we improve and update what we offer. We will give reasonable notice of any major change that affects a service you are actively paying for.

Good to know. Custom development projects are agreed separately through a project proposal, quote, or contract. Where a separate signed agreement covers a specific project, that agreement takes priority over these general terms for that project.

07Credits and the AI panel

The B10 AI Panel runs on a credit-based model. You buy credits in advance, and each tool or action inside the panel uses a set amount of credits. This means you only pay for what you actually use, with no hidden subscription waste.

  • Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed.
  • The number of credits an action uses can vary depending on the tool and the size or complexity of the task.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We will show you your remaining balance inside the panel so you can keep track of your usage.

If a credit purchase fails to load into your account or you are charged for credits you did not receive, contact us and we will look into it and put it right.

08Payments and billing

Prices for our plans and credits are shown on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, prices are listed in British pounds (GBP).

  • Payment is taken at the time you place an order or when a billing cycle renews.
  • You agree to provide valid, current payment details and to authorise us, or our payment partners, to charge you for the services you choose.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause your access until the balance is settled.
  • Depending on where you are based, taxes such as VAT may be added to your order. Any such taxes will be shown before you confirm your payment where required.

We use trusted third party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.

09Refunds and cancellations

Because credits and digital services are delivered instantly and used straight away, they are generally non-refundable once purchased or once a service has started. That said, we want our customers to be treated fairly.

  • If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received the credits or service you paid for, contact us and we will issue a refund or correction.
  • For custom development projects, refund and cancellation terms are set out in your project agreement or quote.
  • You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not refund credits or fees already paid for the current period.

Where you have rights under consumer protection law in your country, nothing in these terms removes those rights.

10Acceptable use

We want our services to be safe and useful for everyone. When you use anything from Autven, you agree not to do any of the following.

  • Break any law, regulation, or third party right.
  • Upload, generate, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
  • Create or distribute malware, viruses, or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or any connected network.
  • Resell, copy, or rebrand our services without a proper reseller or white-label agreement in place.
  • Use our AI tools to produce content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate a real person in a harmful way.
  • Overload or interfere with the normal working of our services, including through automated scraping or bulk requests not allowed by your plan.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account and, where needed, report serious misuse to the relevant authorities.

11Intellectual property

The Autven name, logo, website design, software platforms, the B10 AI Panel, and all related materials are owned by Autven Group or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Using our services does not give you any ownership of our brand, code, or platform, except for the specific rights we grant you to use the service while your account is active. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform unless the law allows it or we give written permission.

12Client projects and ownership

For custom software and applications we build for you, ownership is handled in your project agreement. As a general rule, once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables we built specifically for you, such as your custom application and its source code.

This ownership does not extend to any tools, libraries, frameworks, or reusable building blocks that Autven owned before the project or uses across multiple clients. We keep the right to reuse our own general knowledge, methods, and pre-existing components.

In short. What we build just for you becomes yours once paid in full. The general tools and know-how we bring to the table stay ours.

13Third party tools and links

Our services connect to and rely on third party tools, such as AI model providers, payment processors, cloud hosts, CRMs, and other systems you ask us to integrate. Our website may also link to other websites we do not control.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third party tools and websites. Your use of any third party service is governed by that provider's own terms. If a third party provider changes or stops a service, it may affect parts of what we offer, and we will do our best to limit any disruption.

14Service availability

We work hard to keep our services running smoothly, but we cannot promise they will always be available without interruption. From time to time, services may be slowed or paused for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We will try to carry out planned maintenance at quieter times and to give notice where we reasonably can. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delays, or interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

15Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

This means we do not guarantee that our services will be free of errors, that every AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will meet every expectation you have. AI tools can sometimes produce results that are incomplete or incorrect, so you should review outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have that cannot be removed or limited under the law that applies to you.

16Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Autven Group, its companies, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. This includes lost profits, lost data, lost business, or lost goodwill.

Where we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than the total amount you paid to us for the service in question in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law.

17Indemnity

You agree to cover and protect Autven Group from any claims, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of our services, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third party right. This includes claims connected to content you upload or generate through our services.

18Suspension and termination

You can stop using our services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, misuse our services, or where we are required to by law.

If we close your account for a serious breach, you may lose access to your content and any unused credits without refund. Where the closure is not your fault, we will work with you in good faith to handle any active services and outstanding balances fairly. Sections of these terms that are meant to continue, such as intellectual property, liability, and indemnity, stay in force after your account ends.

19Privacy and data

We take your privacy seriously. How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to how we handle data as described there.

You keep ownership of the content you upload to our services. You grant us the limited permission we need to process and store that content so we can deliver the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it beyond what is needed to run and improve our services and meet our legal duties.

20Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect new services, new features, or changes in the law. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make a major change that affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on our website or a message to your account. By continuing to use our services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

21Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Autven company providing your service. For clients served by Autven UK Ltd, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. For services provided by Autven (Private) Limited, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan apply, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.

Where a separate project agreement names a specific governing law, that agreement applies to that project.
