04How we collect it
We collect your data in three main ways.
- Directly from you. When you fill in a form, create an account, buy credits, contact us, or use our tools.
- Automatically. Through cookies and similar technologies as you browse and use our website and panel, which capture technical and usage data.
- From third parties. From our payment processors, analytics providers, and similar partners who help us run our services.
05How we use your data
We only use your personal data for clear, legitimate purposes, including to:
- Create and manage your account and deliver the services you sign up for.
- Process your payments, credits, and orders, and keep accurate records.
- Run, maintain, and improve our website and the B10 AI Panel.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Send you important service messages, such as billing notices and security alerts.
- Send you marketing or product updates where you have agreed to receive them, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
06Our legal basis
Where data protection law such as the UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases to process your data.
- Contract. To provide the services you have asked for and meet our agreement with you.
- Legitimate interests. To run, secure, and improve our business, as long as your rights do not override those interests.
- Consent. For things like optional marketing emails and certain cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation. To comply with laws, including tax, accounting, and fraud prevention.
07AI panel and your content
When you use the B10 AI Panel, you may enter prompts and upload content such as text and images to run AI tools. We process this content only to deliver the result you asked for and to operate and secure the service.
- You keep ownership of the content you upload and the outputs generated for you.
- Some AI tools rely on third party model providers. When you run such a tool, the necessary content is sent to that provider to process your request, under their own terms and security measures.
- We do not sell your content, and we do not use it for purposes beyond running, securing, and improving our services and meeting legal duties.
08Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Some cookies are essential, while others are optional and used for analytics or marketing.
You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner where shown. For full detail, please see our Cookie Policy.
09Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted parties who help us run our services, and only as far as needed. These include:
- Payment processors who handle transactions securely on our behalf.
- Cloud and hosting providers that store and run our platform and data.
- AI model providers that process the content you submit to AI tools.
- Analytics and communication tools that help us understand usage and respond to you.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers where needed.
- Authorities or regulators where the law requires us to disclose data.
We require these parties to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we agree with them.
10International transfers
Autven operates across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond, and our parent company is based in Pakistan. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including Pakistan.
When we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to make sure it stays protected, such as using appropriate safeguards and contractual protections in line with applicable data protection law.
11How long we keep data
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires.
- Account and transaction data is kept while your account is active and for a period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
- Content you upload to AI tools is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing data is kept until you opt out or ask us to remove it.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
12How we protect data
We take the security of your data seriously and build protection in from day one. We use a mix of technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit, access controls, secure hosting, and restricting access to data on a need-to-know basis.
No system can be completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach ever affects your rights, we will act promptly and notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.
13Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. Under laws such as the UK GDPR, these include:

You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we will not charge you unless a request is clearly excessive.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or the law. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
